My background in mathematics has taught me to think creatively and methodically when approaching problems and that there are many solutions to a problem. As an instructional designer, I will innovate to design a custom solution to your problem by carefully and thoroughly exploring all options. My efficiency and precision in mathematics carries over to instructional design by following instructional design frameworks to create detailed learning experiences.

My background in education has taught me the importance of high-quality instruction that “sticks” and at the center of every lesson is the learner. As a learning experience designer, I use strong visual design skills to create meaningful and intuitive user experiences to eliminate any barriers in learning. I take pride in being empathetic with the learner and finding solutions to ease their pain points.

As a professional, I thrive on feedback. I combine stakeholder’s input with my understanding of how people learn to design and deliver an effective solution.
